Welcome to Gateway Property Investments LLC, your trusted partner in business growth since 2017. We are dedicated to providing affordable leasing options to small businesses ready to transition from home-based operations to professional spaces. Our journey began with the leasing of our first tenants in January 2018, offering a range of spaces including three – 2,500 sq. ft., six – 1,250 sq. ft., and a 10,000 sq. ft. building.
In June 2019, we expanded with two additional buildings, featuring unheated storage and two – 4,300 sq. ft. heated shop spaces. January 2020 marked the addition of nine individual units, each 700-800 sq. ft., equipped with modern amenities like heated shops, floor drains, bathrooms, shop exhaust fans, and 14’ overhead electric doors.
